Interwiki linking

Description

Have a nice way of linking to other openguides wikis:

[[OpenGuides:Oxford:Node Name|Link Text]]

This would probably require a cachable http://openguides.org/guide_directory.txt to resolve guide names into URLs.

Hmm, probably simpler just to use $foo.openguides.org rather than have a directory.

The problem, as far as I can tell, is whatever the guide's script name is at the other end, otherwise I could write a macro for this in minutes.

We could perhaps have a script on openguides.org that knows all the correct URLs and redirects you appropriately. E.g., openguides.org/redirect/?guide=london&id=Trafalgar_Square would redirect to london.openguides.org/index.cgi?Trafalgar_Square. This would be simple to implement.
