Description

I'm not sure how we ever came to the conclusion that node titles should be automatically munged to This Sort Of Style, but we should turn that off.

Autocapitalisation is also malfunctioning. From the IrcChannel?:

13:31 <@Kake> If you add a category like "Vegan-friendly" to a node, then the auto-create doesn't capitalise it properly. It creates it as "Category Vegan-friendly", but everything else thinks it's called "Category Vegan-Friendly".

  • summary changed from Autocapitalisation considered harmful to Autocapitalisation malfunctioning; should also be optional

Kake also requests having autocapitalisation as a config option. So we should probably work on fixing it first, then applying it as an option.

  • summary changed from Autocapitalisation malfunctioning; should also be optional to Autocapitalisation should be optional.

This is really two separate issues; have left this ticket as the optional part, and created #178 for the malfunctioning part.
