Start date and end date metadata fields

We should have metadata fields for indicating when a node started to exist and finished existing (e.g., something that has since been knocked down). These fields should be free text that behave exactly like the category metadata field, except that they only accept one value. This would allow time slices of the site to be viewed, e.g. 1890s buildings or what-have you.
